Shipping

The shipping of products from Advatus regular offer is carried out immediately or according to the terms specified by the customer in his order. If immediate shipping is not possible, a sales representative will contact the customer and negotiate alternative arrangements. Ordered goods are shipped at the expense of the ordering company by a courier appointed by Advatus - either FedEx or UPS. The shipping costs are based on the size and weight of ordered products, their value and requested by the customer shipping service type.

For orders made by the Webpage , calculation of shipment cost will be done automatically during ordering procedure. When web-ordering procedure is completed, you will receive confirmation of order with all costs included on your e-mail account.

Return Policy

If your item or shipment was damaged in transit
Please be sure to note it with the driver when accepting delivery of the item. If the package has been severely damaged or tampered with, please refuse the shipment from the shipping company. If an insurance claim is filed with the shipping company, a replacement product will be mailed once the insurance claim is approved by the claims department.

If you receive the wrong product
Please contact Advatus to acquire an RMA Number and initiate the return/replacement of the item. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as we secure your returned item. In the event of a shipping error, Advatus will reimburse all freight charges.

If your item is NOT defective
You may return your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. Your returned item must be in re-sellable/like-new condition, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all accessories, software and manuals; all of which must be in re-sellable/like-new condition. Advatus reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees are assessed upon receipt of the returned item. The minimum restocking fee for a non-defective item is 25%. Damaged items warrant a higher restocking fee. Advatus reserves the right to refuse a return within the first 14 days if the item bares considerable damage.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
All products prices are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax). Customers from the European Union may buy all of our products without VAT only when they provide a valid European VAT ID number. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued an additional 22% VAT Tax. The ordering company must be a registered company and should possess a VIES-traceable VAT ID number.
